$75,000 - $95,000/year What's the Job? Manage benefits and perks in collaboration with vendors and HR, ensuring employees have access to comprehensive and competitive benefit packages.
Enhance employee culture through creative and engaging benefit initiatives that promote well-being and job satisfaction.
Educate employees on benefits, empowering them to make informed decisions and effectively utilize available resources, ultimately reducing claims experience.
Support benefits renewal process and implement cost containment strategies to optimize budget allocation while maintaining high-quality benefits.
Coordinate wellness initiatives and events, fostering a healthy and supportive work environment that encourages employee participation and promotes overall wellness.
What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.

years in benefits administration, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
HRIS knowledge Familiarity with Federal, State, and local regulations, requirements, and benefit legislation.
Bilingual in Spanish.
